At the symposium, after understanding the excellent performance and application effects of Gaobao Film, both parties had in-depth discussions on its joint demonstration and promotion with Northwest A&F University and Yangling Demonstration Zone in the northwest region. At the same time, the cooperation between Yangling R&D Center and Siiico Technology was discussed, and the opportunities and challenges faced by the promotion of Gaobao Film in northwest regions such as Gansu, Inner Mongolia, and Shaanxi were analyzed.

Feng Yongzhong, president of the Rural Revitalization Institute of Northwest Agricultural University, said that the advantages of Starlink's high quality film products, such as "extremely easy to recycle", "high value reuse", and "increase production and income compared with ordinary mulching film", could help agricultural green, sustainable and high-quality development, which is a typical "new quality productivity". He hoped to combine the advantages of the Institute and Yangling Demonstration Zone to jointly promote the high quality film industry endowed with agriculture in cold and dry areas nationwide and the agricultural technology output of the the Belt and Road.
