In combination with the agricultural development and the use of agricultural mulch film in Henan, Sichuan, Inner Mongolia and other countries, the delegation discussed how to promote "Gaobao Film" and how to improve agricultural production efficiency and ensure food security through the manufacturing and recycling of "Gaobao Film" technology Provide suggestions for promoting the green cycle development of China's agriculture.

High strength, high weather resistance and easily recyclable mulching film - "Gaobao Film" is an innovative achievement formed by "polymer material plasticizing transportation method and equipment based on tensile rheology" (hereinafter referred to as ERE technology), combined with material formulation technology. Its mechanical properties are far higher than GB13735-2017 mulching film and Class I weather resistance film standards. Compared with conventional film under the same planting conditions, it also has the advantages of easy recovery, promoting production increase, and high value reuse, It can effectively solve the harm of agricultural film residue to agricultural production, food security and ecological environment. At present, the "Gaobao Film" recycling industrial base has been successfully built in Xinjiang for the operation, production, application, recycling, cleaning and granulation, and high-value reuse of the Starlink agricultural membrane, providing a model that can be used for reference, copied, and promoted for the construction of high standard farmland, agricultural non-point source pollution control, agricultural ecological environment protection, and beautiful rural construction.
