On March 4th, Niu Shengbo, Deputy District Mayor of Ganzhou District, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, and Wang Jianfu, Director of China Merchants Bureau, visited Siiico Technology Co., Ltd. for a return visit and inspection. Based on the agricultural development and use of agricultural film in Ganzhou District, the two sides had a heated exchange on how to promote the landing of the Gaobao film industry in the future, and together, they provided suggestions on how to use "technology to promote agriculture" to assist the green, sustainable, and high-quality development of the local corn seed industry.

Deputy District Mayor Niu Shengbo introduced that Ganzhou District, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, is located in the central part of the Hexi Corridor and has unique light, heat, soil and water resources. It has been included in the first batch of national modern agriculture demonstration zones. Zhangye Corn Seed Production Base is the largest, highest level of industrialization, and most advantageous corn seed production base in China, with nearly 700000 mu of corn seed industry in Ganzhou District. Among the top 20 corn seed industries in China, Ganzhou accounts for 13 companies.

The Zhangye National Corn Seed Industrial Park, located in Ganzhou District, is comprehensively building a domestic first-class corn seed industrial park that integrates seed "breeding, promotion, production, and sales", effectively enhancing the market competitiveness and reputation of "Zhangye Corn Seed" in the country, and creating a Chinese seed industry "Silicon Valley" based in Zhangye, serving the whole country, and facing the world. However, Deputy District Mayor Niu Shengbo also pointed out that with the increasingly serious agricultural non-point source pollution caused by corn seed production and plastic film planting, the golden signboard of the corn seed industry cannot be covered with dust. The green development of seed industry planting urgently requires fully recyclable Gaobao film products to match it; The high value reuse of the residual film of Gaobao membrane after recycling is also highly anticipated.
